Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

  1. If a cancellation request is emailed to info@TrustNLS.com before we have incurred any costs, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
  2. If any services were rendered prior to receiving a written notice of cancellation, charges may be deducted before a refund is issued.
  3. Shipments cancelled while still in our possession can be picked up by the customer or an authorized party from our local warehouse.  There is no charge if goods are picked up within 7 days; after 7 days, storage charges of $10 per day per pallet (50 cubic feet) may be assessed.
